Welcome to Saddlerock Farm Alpacas

The tranquility and peacefulness of alpacas is very much apparent in this mother and baby photo. To combine this with their exquisite fleece presents a package of potential that ranges from a spiritual experience, to the practical, the end of line product, which could be raw fleece, yarn or clothing.

The farm, nestled in the foothills of the Berkshires, Massachusetts, is currently home to twenty two of these incredible animals. The crossing of Alianza and Accoyo bloodlines brings the focus to high quality fleece and confirmation, while a strong emphasis is also on handability, so that one person can manage any needed maintenance for an alpaca.
